1. What can be refunded
- Paid Rumeel courses purchased on this website.
- A full refund of the amount actually paid for that course (after any valid coupon).
- Free accounts, free practice and unpaid trials have no fee, so no refund applies.
2. 7-day window
You must send a refund request within 7 days of the successful payment. Requests received after 7 days will not be approved, except where Indian consumer law requires otherwise.
3. How to request
- ईमेल care@rumeel.in or use संपर्क करें.
- Use the same email as your Rumeel account.
- Include: full name, phone, order number, course name, date of payment, and a short reason.
We aim to reply within 2 working days (Monday–Saturday).
4. How money comes back
- Approved refunds go to the original Razorpay method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet).
- After we approve, banks and UPI apps usually take 5–10 working days to show the credit.
- When the refund is completed, access to that paid course is removed.
5. When we may refuse
- The 7-day window has ended.
- The payment was not successful, was already refunded, or was reversed by the bank.
- The request is for a different person’s order, or details do not match the account.
- Chargebacks, coupon abuse, shared logins or fraud — we may suspend the account and refuse a goodwill refund.
Starting lessons inside 7 days does not cancel your right to a refund. We still ask you to write to us so we can process it cleanly.
6. Failed or double payments
If money was deducted but the course did not unlock, or you were charged twice, write to us the same day with the Razorpay / UPI reference. We will trace it with Razorpay and refund or unlock as appropriate. This is treated as a payment correction, not a “change of mind” refund.
7. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ajmer, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over refund disputes.
