1. The service
Rumeel provides online English learning — including courses, speaking, vocabulary, grammar, listening, reading, writing, conversation practice and progress tools. Features may change as we improve the platform. Course access depends on a successful order where a course is paid.
2. Your account
- Give accurate name, email and phone details.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person should use one student account. Do not share login details.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, is used for abuse, or looks fraudulent.
3. Courses and licence
When you buy a published course, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use that course on Rumeel for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, record, scrape or publish our lessons, audio, stories or tests. Course names, prices and lesson counts can change for new buyers; your paid access stays for the course you ordered unless a refund is completed.
4. Payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Payment is collected by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). A course unlocks after payment is confirmed. Failed or cancelled payments do not grant access. We do not store card details.
Refund policy in short
You may request a full refund within 7 days of a successful course payment. Email care@rumeel.in with your order number and registered email. After 7 days, fees are not refundable except where Indian law requires it.

- Use Rumeel for personal English practice, not to attack, spam or reverse-engineer the site.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
- Voice practice is for learning. Do not misuse recordings of others.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available, but maintenance, internet issues or third-party outages can interrupt access. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual property
Rumeel, the RUMEEL logo, course materials, software and site design belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Disclaimer
Rumeel helps you practise English. Results depend on your effort. We do not guarantee a job, exam score, visa or certificate from a third party unless a specific product says so in writing.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, Rumeel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a paid course is limited to the amount you paid us for that course.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Exclusive jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes, claims and proceedings relating to Rumeel, these terms, a course order or a refund shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms for future use. Your past purchases stay covered by the terms in force at the time of that order, except where the law says otherwise.
